<p><strong>Effective Date: August 21, 2026</strong></p><h3>Where We Ship</h3><p>We currently ship within the United States only.</p><h3>Rates</h3><ul><li><strong>Skid plates & protection hardware:</strong> $55 flat per order · $65 for orders of $1,000 or more</li><li><strong>Windshield protection film:</strong> $70 flat per order</li><li><strong>Merchandise (apparel, hats, drinkware):</strong> calculated at checkout based on items and destination</li></ul><p>Rates are shown at checkout before payment. Orders containing products from more than one category ship from separate facilities and may incur each category's shipping charge; items will arrive in separate deliveries.</p><h3>Dispatch & Lead Times</h3><p>Our products ship directly from the specialist facilities that make them:</p><ul><li><strong>Skid plates & protection hardware</strong> ship from Sarasota, Florida. In-stock hardware typically dispatches within 3–5 business days.</li><li><strong>Windshield protection film</strong> is precision-cut to order in El Dorado Hills, California, and typically dispatches within 5–7 business days of ordering.</li><li><strong>Merchandise</strong> is printed on demand and typically dispatches within 2–7 business days, shipping from the production facility nearest you.</li></ul><p>Dispatch estimates are not guarantees; you will receive tracking information by email when each shipment leaves the facility.</p><h3>Transit Damage & Lost Packages</h3><p>Report damaged deliveries within 7 days (see our Return and Refund Policy). If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days or a package is marked delivered but not received, contact Info@ExclusiveMotorWorks.com and we will open a carrier investigation.</p>
