Refund policy

Because our products are made and shipped by specialist manufacturing partners, return terms differ by product type. In all cases, contact us first at Info@ExclusiveMotorWorks.com with your order number — returns without a return authorization cannot be accepted.

All authorized returns must be shipped back to the factory of origin that produced your item — not to our Napa office. The correct return address is provided with your return authorization. Items sent to any other address cannot be processed or refunded.

Skid Plates & Vehicle Protection Hardware

Hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number to start a return — we will provide a prepaid return shipping label, pre-addressed to the factory of origin in Sarasota, Florida.

No restocking fee. Once the returned product is received at the factory, the product price is refunded to the original payment method. The 3% processing charge and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Products must be uninstalled, unused, and in original condition with all supplied hardware. Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Windshield Protection Film

Vehicle-specific film kits are custom-cut to order — all sales are final, and returns or exchanges cannot be accepted, including for customer ordering errors. Please verify your vehicle year, make, and model before purchasing; if you are unsure, email us before you order and we will confirm the pattern.

Verified manufacturing defects or our error (wrong pattern shipped) are made right: report within 14 days of delivery, before installation, with photos of the issue and packaging, and we will replace the affected kit (or refund if replacement is not possible).

Improper installation is not a defect. Film that has been fully or partially installed cannot be returned. Installation guidance is available from our support team.

Non-vehicle-specific accessories (such as maintenance wipes) are returnable within 30 days of purchase if unused, in original packaging, and with the factory liner or seal intact. A 15% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility — use a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Returns ship back to the factory of origin in El Dorado Hills, California — the exact return address is provided with your return authorization.

Racing Merch (Apparel, Hats, Drinkware & Accessories)

Every item is printed or embroidered to order, so merchandise is not returnable for size, fit, color, or preference. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Wrong size? Half-price exchange. Within 30 days of delivery we will make you the correct size for 50% of the item's current price, shipping included, and you keep the original — one exchange per item. Email us with your order number and the size you need.

Misprinted, damaged, or defective items are replaced free of charge — report within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item to Info@ExclusiveMotorWorks.com.

Lost in transit: if tracking shows your package never arrived, tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will send a replacement at no charge.

Wrong or incomplete address: packages returned to the production facility because of an address error can be reshipped once you confirm the corrected address; the reshipping charge is the customer's responsibility. Returned packages that are not claimed within 30 days cannot be reshipped or refunded.

Damaged in Transit

Inspect every delivery on arrival. Report transit damage within 7 days of delivery (30 days for Racing Merch) with photos of the product and packaging, and retain all packaging until the claim is resolved. We will arrange replacement or refund for verified transit damage at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they enter production or ship. Windshield film is cut and merchandise goes into production shortly after ordering, so cancellation windows for those items are very short — contact us immediately if you need to cancel or correct a shipping address.
