How to Submit an Opt-Out Request

Please include your full name, the email address associated with your account or orders, your state of residence, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We recognize the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid opt-out request and honor it automatically — no separate submission is needed.
How We Handle Requests
- Opt-out requests are processed within 15 business days. Other privacy requests (access, deletion, correction) are processed within 45 days.
- We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization.
- Non-discrimination: we will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.
Nevada residents: you may opt out of the sale of personal data by emailing Info@ExclusiveMotorWorks.com with the subject "Nevada Do Not Sell Request." We do not currently sell personal data as defined under Nevada law.
