Aerovault — The Aerodynamic Enclosed Trailer
Designed by legendary automotive designer Peter Brock, the Aerovault redefines towing through aerodynamic design and lightweight aircraft-grade construction. Its patented semi-monocoque body (U.S. Patent No. 9,796,431 and D.801,229) is built from 6061-T6 aircraft/marine-grade aluminum with a frameless interior — maximum usable space with exceptional structural integrity — and it tracks true at any speed with virtually no effect on the tow vehicle. Every Aerovault is built in Henderson, Nevada, and every one carries a hand-autographed Peter Brock designer plate.

- 15″ wheels with N-speed-rated (87 mph) tires plus a full-size spare mounted inside

- Fully skinned underside (belly pan) for unmatched aero
- Locking side doors, interior storage channels, front shelf, door shelving, and tie-down hooks throughout

Built by Hand in Henderson, Nevada
Every Aerovault is welded, wired, and finished by hand at the factory in Henderson, Nevada. These build-phase photos show what you never see from the outside: the all-aluminum frameless shell, TIG-welded structure, integrated storage, and the winch system that comes standard on every trailer.
